Q.1 How much weight can I lose?
We will help you set realistic goals. Most of our practice members lose between 2-5 pounds per week. Everyone is different, and we will treat you like an individual.
Q.2 Is it expensive?
You are investing in the most important thing you own---YOUR BODY! Our cost is typically much lower than the TV advertised weight loss plans. We will help you choose the right foods that you can buy right at your neighborhood grocery store. You can see our list of services here.
Q.3 What kind of support can I get?
You will always have access to us by phone or email. Additionally, you will have monthly follow-up visits with Dr. Ray to evaluate your progress.
Q.4 How much exercise is required?
As much as you want. We recommend walking a mile or two for at least 15 or 20 minutes to get the best results. If you are highly motivated and want to do more, we can design a total exercise plan for you.
Q.5 What does the first visit consist of?
We perform a computerized Body Fat Analysis. This tells us your BMI, Body Fat %, Body Water %, Visceral Fat Rating, Basal Metabolic Rate and Metabolic Age. We also do a general health screening. We then help you set goals and plan a Lifestyle change.
